Can I place an order over the phone?

We understand that you may prefer to place your order over the phone. However, TodayTix as a service does not process any monetary transactions via phone call. This is for your security and the security of your credit card information.
 
When processing your order via our App or Website, please note that your card information is captured and processed through our partner Braintree Payments (a PayPal company), both of which exceed all of the most stringent industry security standards. In addition, TodayTix is PCI-compliant and never stores your full card information. Instead, we store a “token” which authorizes us (and only us) to charge your card in the future.

You can also opt to remove your credit card from the "Account & Settings" section of the app/website each time you place an order.
