Why is my payment being declined?

To protect your financial information, we are told very little by credit card companies why your card is being declined.

If your card is declined: 

  • Double-check that the information you have entered is correct. It is especially important that your CVV and Postal Code match what your bank expects. 
  • Check with your issuing credit card or bank to make sure they have not put a hold on your card or on this transaction, then try again. 

If you are sure that neither of these are an issue, please submit a support request.
